The deposit is non-refundable. 

If you cancel the trip with more than 120 days until departure, we will refund you the full payment minus the deposit.

If the trip is cancelled with less than 120 days until departure, we can't issue any refund since all hotel/transport bookings for the trip have already been paid for. 

We strongly recommend you get travel insurance when you book to cover you for flight cancellation in the event of an emergency forcing you to cancel your trip.

We reserve the right to change the itinerary as conditions warrant, as well as cancel the tour if there are too few participants or as conditions warrant (Acts of God, volcanic eruptions etc). If the trip is cancelled, the participant will be refunded, and this refund will be the extent of our liability. We are not liable for any trip expenses such as flights and visas. 

Since the courses are self-paced, you will get access to all of the learning content immediately upon enrollment. As you dig in and prior to consuming 20% of the material within the first 14 days of enrolling, if you have found that the course is not for you, you can ask for a full refund. After 14 days, all payments are non-refundable.
