Refund Policy
In person Photography Workshops
By paying the deposit for the Bali Photography workshop, you commit to completing the monthly installments for the remainder of the trip cost. 

The deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel the trip with more than 60 days until departure, we will refund you the full payment minus the deposit. If you cancel the trip with 45-60 days until departure, we will refund you half of the payment minus the deposit ($1250 refunded). If the trip is cancelled with less than 45 days until departure, there will be no refunds. We strongly recommend you get travel insurance when you book to cover you for cancellation in the event of an emergency forcing you to cancel your trip.

We reserve the right to change the itinerary as conditions warrant, as well as cancel the tour if there are too few participants or as conditions warrant (Acts of God, volcanic eruptions etc). If the trip is cancelled, the participant will be refunded, and this refund will be the extent of our liability. We are not liable for any trip expenses such as flights and visas. 

Courses
'Courses' refers to The Business of Travel Photography, The Travel Photography Accelerator, The Drone Photography Accelerator and Instagram for Travel Photographers.

Since the courses are self-paced, you will get access to all of the learning content immediately upon enrollment. As you dig in and prior to consuming 20% of the material within the first 14 days of enrolling, if you have found that the course is not for you, you can ask for a full refund. After 14 days, all payments are non-refundable. 
The Travel Photography Starter Kit + The Photography Pitching Bundle
The Travel Photography Starter Kit + The Photography Pitching Bundle are bundles of presets, editing tutorials and PDFs. Both are non-refundable since they contain downloadable content and presets which, once sent to you, cannot be returned.
Presets
Jord's Preset packs are digital downloads, and therefore non-refundable.
Prints
Prints can only be replaced/refunded if the print is damaged during delivery, or if there is a fault with the print. The damaged print would need to be posted back to the print shop and then a replacement or refund would be issued.
